Caregiver Requirements
Our caregivers are held to the highest standard of quality. Client care and service is our top priority. Our caregivers are committed to maintaining the reputation Care At Home has built over our 25 years in business. To be a caregiver at Care At Home you must be willing to uphold our standards that we have set.

Background Checks
Investigations updated every two years. Additionally, caregiver candidates who have not lived in the State of Pennsylvania for more than 2 years are subject to a mandatory FBI Criminal Background Check.
Tuberculosis Test, Yearly Screening, COVID-19 Test
References
All caregivers will be required to give 3 prior employment references and 3 personal references. This will allow us to get to know you even more.
Record of Certifications/Education
Social Security Number
You will need to provide your Social Security Number, along with a valid Pennsylvania Issued Identification Card, etc.
Proof of Automobile Insurance
Initial/Annual Competency and Skills Review
Skill reviews both initial and annual are required by the State of Pennsylvania’s Depart of Health and Licensing of Home Care Registries. Please see the link for the Department of Health.
